Pursuant to s. DFI-Bkg 47.02, Wis. Admin. Code, the division shall
not accept any new mortgage banker or mortgage broker license applications
after October 30, 2009. If you are interested in obtaining a Wisconsin
mortgage banker or mortgage broker license, you will be able to apply
for your license on the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System beginning
January 2, 2010.
