Bankers/Brokers: Apply
for a License
Pursuant to s. DFI-Bkg 47.02, Wis. Admin. Code, the division shall
not accept any new mortgage banker or mortgage broker license applications
after October 30, 2009. If you are interested in obtaining a Wisconsin
mortgage banker or mortgage broker license, you will be able to apply
for your license on the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System beginning
January 2, 2010.

- 2009 Mortgage
Banker/Broker Bond Form
 (PDF: 87 KB / 2 pages) This Form should only be
used by current licensees and by applicants who submitted a mortgage
banker
or mortgage broker license application to the division prior to November
1, 2009.
- 2010
Mortgage Banker Bond Form (PDF: 84 KB / 2 pages) This form should only
be used by mortgage bankers who will be submitting an application
to the division in 2010.
- 2010
Mortgage Broker Bond Form (PDF: 84 KB / 2 pages) This form should only be
used by mortgage brokers who will be submitting an application
to the division in 2010.

Irrevocable Letter of Credit (PDF: 79 KB / 1
page) This form should only be used by current licensees and
by applicants who submitted a mortgage banker or mortgage broker license
application to the division prior to November 1, 2009.
