Transfer / Add Employee
If your new employer will provide you with the company's EIN (employer
identification number), you may file your own transfer at www.pulseportal.com. Otherwise, your new employer must
file your transfer at www.pulseportal.com. The first step in the online transfer/add
process is to identify the employer using the employer's EIN. If you do
not have this information, you will not be able to perform this process
online.
