Licensing Applications

Mortgage Banker/Mortgage Broker: Pursuant to s. DFI-Bkg 47.02, Wis. Admin. Code, the division shall not accept any new mortgage banker or mortgage broker license applications after October 30, 2009. If you are interested in obtaining a Wisconsin mortgage banker or mortgage broker license, you will be able to apply for that license on the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System beginning January 2, 2010.

Mortgage Banker/Broker Bond Form  (PDF: 87 KB / 2 pages) This Form should only be used by current licensees and by applicants who submitted a mortgage banker or mortgage broker license application to the division prior to November 1, 2009. A new bond form will soon be posted for applicants who will be applying for a license in 2010.
