Extension of Existing Registration

File not later than 30 days prior to end of the one-year registration, a letter requesting the extension accompanied by an updated prospectus and a $200 fee. (See § 551.305(8), Wis. Stats., and § DFI-Sec 3.07, Wis. Adm. Code).
