We recommend Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher for viewing PDF documents. Version 4.0 or higher is required for DFI's fillable PDF documents.

Reading PDF documents

To open a PDF document, just click on the form name. All PDF documents have the icon next to the document. If you are using Internet Explorer, the document will open in your browser window. When finished reading the PDF document, you can use the back key of the browser to get back to where you started.

Using Fillable PDF forms

Some forms and applications use fillable PDF documents. These documents can be filled in electronically and then printed. Fillable PDF's are signified by the icon. Read more in the fillable PDF page.
