Daniel J. Eastman


Laura Francis

Ms. Francis joined Hypercosm shortly after inception in 1999 as its Chief Financial Officer. Hypercosm is a leading provider of highly interactive 3D visual solutions for the eCRM market. She has been actively involved in most non-technical functions of the company including financing, strategy, operations, sales, marketing, and business development.

Prior to Hypercosm, Ms. Francis was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Co. where she worked with Fortune 100 companies in a variety of industries on strategic and marketing issues. Earlier in her career, Ms. Francis was a business assurance manager with Coopers & Lybrand. She specialized in working with high-tech startups and participated in numerous IPO's.

Ms. Francis holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin. She is a CPA and a member of the AICPA.


John D. Gatto


Joseph Hildebrandt

Joseph is in charge of Foley & Lardner's national Emerging Growth Companies/Venture Capital Practice Group and its Madison office Corporate Securities Practice Group, concentrating his practice on working with a multitude of emerging companies, Angel investors and various venture capital firms.

After obtaining his B.B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Wisconsin and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School, he initially practiced with a New York City law firm.

Neil Lerner

Neil is the director of the UW-Madison Small Business Development Center (SBDC) which provides business management education and assistance in Dane, Columbia and Sauk Counties.
He has 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience in both business-to-business and consumer product marketing and sales. Neil has been at the SBDC for 8 years and assisted hundreds of businesses. He has also worked in the personal computer, computer software and magazine publishing industries.

Neil is very active in local business and community organizations. He is a board member of the Wisconsin Small Business Innovation Consortium and an organizer of the annual Dane County Small Business Awards program. He is a former United Way of Dane County board and campaign cabinet member. He is also a former board member and president of the Respite Center, a local nonprofit human service organization. He currently serves on the board of the Friends of the Arboretum.

Neil has an undergraduate degree from Temple University and an MBA in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Scott Lockard

Scott is currently Senior Vice President and Division Head for Southwestern Wisconsin Middle Market Banking. He has 19 Years of banking experience primarily working with middle market companies in Wisconsin, Indiana and Pennsylvania.

His community involvement includes:

Scott earned his MBA from Ball State University and a B.A. in accounting from Augustana College. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dennis J. Long

Dennis is the founder, CEO, and Chairman of BCI Group. Dennis has been working professionally in the employee benefit field since 1974. Since the early 1980s, Dennis has been a leader in design and administration of employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). He has led BCI Group, from its beginnings in Appleton, Wisconsin, when he was the only employee, to become the largest ESOP consulting and administration firm in the Unites States. Today, BCI Group has offices in eight U.S. cities and clients in nearly every state. Dennis remains an active member of The ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), the American Society of Pension Actuaries, and the Employee-Owned S Corporations of America. He has served in numerous leadership positions in these and other professional organizations. Dennis is also the current Chairman of North American Actuarial & Consulting Services (NORACS).

Dennis is a frequent speaker on ESOP and pension-related topics. His presentations range from individualized employee communication programs to sharing his knowledge at employee ownership conferences and seminars throughout the country. Dennis has also authored and co-authored numerous published articles.

Dennis, a Marquette University graduate, lives with his wife, Patti, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Jay Mack

Mr. Mack has been president of the Delafield State Bank since 1998 (De Novo Bank founded in 1998). Prior, he was executive vice president/commercial banking group manager at Johnson Bank of Milwaukee from 1992-1997 (Subsidiary of Johnson International, Racine, Wisconsin). From 1990-1991 he served as commercial banking officer for the Marshall & Ilsley Bank of Milwaukee, WI and from 1986-1989, he served as corporate banking officer of the PNC Bank of Pittsburg, PA.

Jay earned his MBA/A.M. in real estate and urban land economics from UW-Madison in 1986 and a B.B.A. in financing and accounting from UW-Madison in 1985.

Allen Oelschlaeger

Allen Oelschlaeger joined Telaric in January 1999. He leads the company's business development activities and is responsible for Telaric's services in the areas of business strategy, marketing and infrastructure services offered to Telaric's clients. He has almost 20 years of experience as a progressive leader in the high-tech industry.

Prior to joining Telaric, from 1997 to 1998, Allen was president of MicroPulse, a venture-capital funded start-up company. As senior operating officer, he transformed this fledgling organization into a fully functional company with new products, a nationwide sales organization and substantial manufacturing capacity. From 1996 to 1997 he was general manager of cardiopulmonary systems at Meridian Medical Technologies, responsible for a newly formed division based in Maryland and Northern Ireland. Allen was president of Business Growth Associates, a consulting firm to high technology companies, from 1995 to 1996, during which he advised several startup firms on business strategy, product positioning and sales and marketing. From 1993 to 1995 he was director of global marketing and business unit director at Marquette Medical Systems, where he helped innovate and introduce five major electrocardiology products. Allen began his career in 1983 with Physio Control, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly, where he rose from director of strategy and new product development to general manager of Canadian operations and then director of US marketing. While at Physio Control, he launched the industry's first automatic cardiac defibrillator.

Allen received an MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Henry J. Kaiser Foundation fellow. He also holds a BS degree in pharmacy from Washington State University, where he was graduated cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Allen is a director on the Wisconsin Venture Network board and is a member of the Licensing Executives Society.

Allen is a founder and partner of Telaric and chairman of Vigilo, one of Telaric's two spin-off companies.

John Reinke

John has been bank president of The Stephenson National Bank & Trust since April 2000. A Shawano County native, Reinke joined the bank in 1974 and became a bank director in 1992. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Marinette and the Graduate School of Banking, Madison.

Russell is currently President of Johnson Bank, Racine. He has 19 Years of banking experience and has held executive positions at Firstar Bank, Bank One, and Johnson Bank.

Christopher K. Zuzick

Christopher Zuzick has over twelve years of experience in manufacturing and merger and acquisition services, and has an extensive advisory background with closely held businesses and their owners in a variety of industries.

Zuzick earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Masters of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University

Chris is active in a number of organizations including the Sussex Chamber of Commerce, Sussex Soccer Club, the Independent Business Association of Wisconsin, MMAC/Cosbe, and is a member of the Business Advisory Council for Cardinal Stritch University.
