Ladysmith Bank Converts to State Charter

(Madison) Madison--Effective today, the Pioneer National Bank of Ladysmith has converted to a state-chartered bank under the name, Pioneer Bank of Wisconsin. The bank had been nationally chartered since the year it was founded in 1920. As a state bank, Pioneer Bank is subject to regulation by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.
