First-ever summit on financial literacy was held in Green Bay

DFI Secretary Bildsten and Commissioner Nickel accept a financial literacy proclamation from Asst. State Superintendent Briggs at the summit.
(Madison) – The Governor’s Council on Financial Literacy hosted the first-ever Wisconsin Summit on Financial Literacy on Friday, Oct. 14, at Lambeau Field in Green Bay.
More than 180 educators and financial experts attended and participated in a variety of workshops and seminars related to financial literacy.
The summit began at 9 a.m. and ended at 2:30 p.m.
