What You Need
- Name: The proposed name of the new limited liability company.
- Registered Agent: The name of the registered agent and the registered office address.
- Management: The type of management the new LLC will use; will management be vested in a manager/managers or in a member/members of the new LLC. (See Wisconsin Statute 183.0401.)
- Organizers: The names and complete addresses of each organizer.
- Drafter: The name of the drafter of this document. The drafter is the person who is completing this document.
- Signature: The articles must be signed by one or more organizers.
- Contact: The name, address, email address, and phone number of the contact person for this filing. All communication regarding this filing will be via the e-mail address of the contact person.
- Payment: Payment can be made with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express); debit cards are not accepted.
- Fees: Online Wisconsin Limited Liability Company filing fee is $130.00. This fee is not refundable.
