Order Wisconsin State Chartered Bank or Savings Institution Good Standing Certificate or Certified Copy

If you wish to order a good standing certificate or certified copy of a document for a Wisconsin state chartered bank or savings institution, you can e-mail your request to dfibankingrequests@wisconsin.gov. The fee is $10 for a good standing certificate and $10 for a certified copy plus $0.25 per page of the document attached to the certification.

Your request should include where and to whom the document and invoice should be sent, and a number to call for questions.
